Mrs. Linda N. Toney (she/her) served as a law enforcement professional in Virginia for over 29 years.  She broke the glass ceiling becoming the first female Lieutenant Colonel in the history of the Henrico County Police Division.    ​​

For First Responders

This class instruction will focus on the role of a first responder at a crime scene and how

to reduce crime scene contamination.  Discussions also include legal concerns at a crime scene, the impact of the potential destruction of evidence, and how first responders can assist with

an investigation.
